Withdrawal & Turnover Policy

Important Notice

To ensure a fair and secure gaming environment, and to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we have established clear rules regarding deposits, withdrawals, and bonus turnover.

1Deposit Turnover Requirement

All deposited funds must be wagered (played) at least one time (1x) before they can be withdrawn.

Example:If you deposit $1,000, you must place bets totaling $1,000 (wins or losses) before you can withdraw that amount.

This is a standard industry practice to prevent money laundering and fraud.

2Bonus Wagering Rules

If you receive a bonus, the bonus amount is locked in your Bonus Wallet. You cannot withdraw it until you meet the specific wagering requirement (e.g., 10x or 20x turnover).

  • Bets made with bonus funds contribute to unlocking the bonus.
  • Once the target turnover is reached, bonus funds are transferred to your Main Balance.
  • Withdrawing before completing the bonus requirement may forfeit the bonus.

3Withdrawal Eligibility

Your Withdrawable Balance is calculated as:

Total Balance - (Locked Amount - Current Turnover)

If your Withdrawable Balance is zero, it means you have not yet placed enough bets to cover your deposit or bonus requirements.
